Cancellation and Refund Policy


“A La Carte” services only:

The Homeowner or Rave Pools, LLC., can cancel your account any time by providing 7-10 business days written notice (email).  You agree to remain responsible for total payment for all purchases made prior to the expiration of the 7 day’s notice. Failure to provide written notice within 7 days prior to the date of service will result in a voluntary forfeit of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel your account without notice if you do not make payment as agreed. Any payments made in advance, i.e. annual payments, would be credited to use at a later time. 


“Package” services only:

Homeowner or Rave Pools, LLC., may cancel the service AND/OR PRODUCT for a refund 7-10 business days in advance PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL or THE START OF SERVICE. Seasonal packages are non-refundable once the service has begun.



Items are ineligible for a refund after installation. Special order items such as a custom Safety Cover are ineligible of any refund or return. No returns on items after installation. Any payment that is to be refunded to the customer can only be refunded in the form of company credit to be used for additional services to be rendered at a later date.
